THsale Scam Update – Paypal Sucks.

So, a lot of you are wondering how paypal dealt with my $309 dispute for undelivered intangible goods from THsale. Well, after a month – Heres the response:

As a result, we have not taken any action against the seller at this time but we have noted your dissatisfaction in the seller’s record for future reference.

I am so furious at paypal. I have been using them as a merchant gateway for my SEO service for over 5 years now and over $100,000 has flowed through my account, earning them thousands in fees. THsale clearly has thousands of unhappy customers, simply google “THsale Review” or “THsale Scam” etc to see the vast amount of shit these guys have caused.
What really pisses me off is that with all these complaints, an F Score with the BBB and thousands of people trying for refunds through disputes with papal – paypal still lets these fuckers use them as the payment gateway!

I just got burned by this SAME email address on my PayPal account.
I’ve lodged a complaint.
Man, I hope I get my money back.
How do these people get PayPal info??
I only use PayPal from home and I seldom use it.
For the future, never wait for paypal to resolve th ese issues as they ALWAYS side with the seller. The sellers keep them in business.
You have the power in these types of situations because Blizzard owns the gold not THSale. Blizzard CLEARLY states that in their EULA. They cannot sue you or do anything about it if you file a charge back.
When you file a charge back, paypal will temporarily suspend your acct and mark it as hacked. Just go back and fill in your information again if you want it back. Personally, I deleted my paypal account because I think they are just as horrible as gold sellers.
NEVER wait more than a month to get your money back. By that time it’s usually gone. If you used a debit or bank acct you can usually get your money back after that period of time.. but most time limit is 60 days.
As soon as you know you’re scammed, file a c harge back. Don’t wait. These companies don’t deserve it. You’re just buying them time.
Please in the future don’t buy gold. Buying gold only helps keep these companies alive. They are griefers in your game. They bot, they hack accounts, they dupe money and cause lots of problems for people.
In WoW, it is so easy to make money. I’d go for doing dailies and taking up a profession and spending time and enjoying the game and all it has to offer over risking your account being banned from buying gold.
I’m sorry you had to deal with all of this but I hope it teaches you a lesson for the future. I haven’t seen a single “good” gold/plat seller on any site..

BTW, read up some of the stuff about paypal. Google: “paypal sucks” and you will find some really horrible things they’ve done. It’s why I closed my acct after they pulled the same type of scam on me. Pay pal actually had a class action lawsuit filed against them for abusing their site.
I just got ripped by them too. I’ve used the website before and had no probs, this time tho. ripped right off, there support chat is always offline, they send me no responce to my emails and i am dealing with paypal right now.
its not about pay pal it is actually the company THS International Inc that ripps u off
