Anyway, this deserved its revival, Its taxtime ‘09 and we just got our W2’s. Last year we filed at HR Block and got a very decent refund (thanks kids!) we had the refund loaned onto a HR Block Emerald card (DIL or RID or some shitty acronym I forgot) within 48 hours the refund money was available to spend on the card. Awesome!

Well, this year things didn’t quite go so well.

We got to HR Block, did or taxes, during which time we asked several basic questions any normal person with half a brain cell would ask.

Me: Will the loan ding our credit
HR Fuck: Nope, not at all - why should it!
Me: We already have an Emerald account, can we use it from last year to avoid new fees?
HR Fuck: Theres no change for the Emerald card account i’ll just make you a new one
Me: When should we expect the refund, is this a deffinite?
HR Fuck: 48 hours max, absolutely, infact I’m so certain, you should check the cards balance tomorrow evening *wink*

72 hours later the wife gets a credit alert email, no money on Emerald card WTF BBQ! THEY DINGED OUR FUCKING CREDIT!@%% *nerd rage*

4 Days later having heard nothing from HR Cock Block we called to find out WTF was going on “sorry you got denied the loan, it will be 8-15 days”

Ok, WTF, Seriously, WTF. My wife scrutinized the paperwork and found out not only did they lie to us about the approval, the credit check, the time period the money would be available - they also lied about the fee, We were charged an extra $29 to create a new HR Block Emerald card account!

So far its been 15 days and still no refund - I’m awaiting a reply from the regional manager who I left a rather unpleasant voicemail for. The lies and deceit are fucking appauling, after reading hundreds of smilar complaints on various consumer affair websites, I think its time they get their shit together and do something about this monumental fuckup. 

Has this happened to you? Do you just hate HR Block? let me know your thoughts before I send this post off to some HR Block peeps.

Coming from a 70 resto Druid to a Zealot is like night and day. I have wicked heal spells, several instants and heals that do damage to a target and then heal my group at the same time. I have heals that heal my target and then a bunch of near by allies (not even necessarily group members) also. However by far the biggest difference is rez on the go. If the tank falls I can have him resurrected before the group is even dead and there is NO cool down which means I can rez his ass again if I need to (while in combat dude). Its bad ass, with my druid not only did I need reagents to rez but the cool down was so fucking ridiculously long that I had to use it real careful like.

My Zealot blessings own as well, there is area damage buffs and stat increase and I can choose which to put on whom. I make a pretty wicked heal bot for high dps classes and can pocket heal a sorc while usually keeping a whole group alive as well. My action points regen hella fast (so no being like sorry guys my mana is gone have fun dying, just doesn’t go down like that in WH) and I have these cool insta heals that pop up after I do a certain amount of healing that will heal a target for a bunch of hp fucking instantly. Zealots are sick healers and prolly more comparable to a priest than my druid. However saying that, my dots are pretty ownage as well, I have one that summons a black bird (Harbinger of doom, lol) to own the enemies with increasing amounts the longer it is up.

Its difficult to compare a Marauder to any previous MMO class, I think the closest I can get to describing it is a cross between a Savage from DAoC or a dual wield fury Warrior from World of Warcraft - with its own unique take on the two.

Marauders are great fun to play in PVE, the stance dance / spec system is great and adds depth to the class, you have 3 spec choices which effect the stance you will use for the majority of your play time. I’ve tried 2 of them so far, Monstrosity (heavy focus on AE) and Brutality (heavy focus on single target burst dps and positional attacks) The third spec seemed lackluster so I didn’t even really bother with it - Savagery (some kind of debuff / hybrid spec of gayness)

For PVE, Public Quests and grinding, go monstrosoty all the way, I was AE grinding mobs 2 levels above me, 6 at a time, with no problems or downtime, just stack toughness and wounds. PQ’s were easy to top the contribution charts with AE spam.

For PVP / RVR Scenarios, I’d suggest Brutality due to its potentially huge burst damage (I could 2 shot most bright wizards / other clothies) With a healbot, Marauders just tear through shit.  All in all a great fun class to play, though expect to be the main assist target of all enemy casters and die within 0.5 seconds, or - be permanantly rooted / cc’ed just like any melle dps in any MMO. If you can handle that - you’ll love a Marauder!

I’m telling you, its a good job I’m running with a full time healbot. I tried a quick chapter 7 public quest and found myself just stood around at 15% hp waiting for heals after I nuked myself to death trying to keep up with contribution, I have no fucking clue how people solo sorcs, unless they just dump their dark magic as soon as it hits ~30?

Directly after this pretty low damage scenario I got 2 tells: “your a monster!!” and “OMG join my RVR Guild”

Sorcs are just so much fun, I’m currently starting out T2 with my Zealot pocket healer, I hit 14 and got my first AE DoT, spent my 2 points in Calamity and I’m ready to go own.  A quick T2 Scenario after I dinged 14, I came out with top damage (38,000) top killing blows (19) and about 10000 XP.

Fuck I love my Sorc. I just got fraps and I’ll have a video of my T2 domination shortly…

I am so furious at paypal. I have been using them as a merchant gateway for my SEO service for over 5 years now and over $100,000 has flowed through my account, earning them thousands in fees. THsale clearly has thousands of unhappy customers,  simply google “THsale Review” or “THsale Scam” etc to see the vast amount of shit these guys have caused.

What really pisses me off is that with all these complaints, an F Score with the BBB and thousands of people trying for refunds through disputes with papal - paypal still lets these fuckers use them as the payment gateway!
