BTW, read up some of the stuff about paypal. Google: “paypal sucks” and you will find some really horrible things they’ve done. It’s why I closed my acct after they pulled the same type of scam on me. Pay pal actually had a class action lawsuit filed against them for abusing their site.

For the future, never wait for paypal to resolve th ese issues as they ALWAYS side with the seller. The sellers keep them in business.

You have the power in these types of situations because Blizzard owns the gold not THSale. Blizzard CLEARLY states that in their EULA. They cannot sue you or do anything about it if you file a charge back.

When you file a charge back, paypal will temporarily suspend your acct and mark it as hacked. Just go back and fill in your information again if you want it back. Personally, I deleted my paypal account because I think they are just as horrible as gold sellers.

NEVER wait more than a month to get your money back. By that time it’s usually gone. If you used a debit or bank acct you can usually get your money back after that period of time.. but most time limit is 60 days.

As soon as you know you’re scammed, file a c harge back. Don’t wait. These companies don’t deserve it. You’re just buying them time.

Please in the future don’t buy gold. Buying gold only helps keep these companies alive. They are griefers in your game. They bot, they hack accounts, they dupe money and cause lots of problems for people.

In WoW, it is so easy to make money. I’d go for doing dailies and taking up a profession and spending time and enjoying the game and all it has to offer over risking your account being banned from buying gold.

I’m sorry you had to deal with all of this but I hope it teaches you a lesson for the future. I haven’t seen a single “good” gold/plat seller on any site..

Just to let you know you can always get your money back in these situations because credit card companies and banks do not take this seriously.

Technically the seller does not own the WoWgold… Blizzard does. So the seller is technically selling items he does not own which in and of itself is fraud.

They can’t sue you for th at because they have no rights to the money. Thank god for that anyways. You have the power over this.. screw paypal th ey are almost as bad at those companies as they protect the sellers more than t he buyers cause the seller keep the money in the accts the buyers dont.

Just file a charge back and ignore their ranting. Theyll get over it and scam some other poor sucker. Don’t buy WoW gold it’s SO easy to get and you’ll just get your acct banned

I just got burned by this SAME email address on my PayPal account.

I’ve lodged a complaint.

Man, I hope I get my money back.

How do these people get PayPal info??
I only use PayPal from home and I seldom use it.

THSale is a scam site, they do not deliver what you order and have no intentions of doing so, filing a dispute with paypal will do you no good so don’t even bother with that aspect of it. Their are better sites out their this is not one of them, I agree with everything said here and more, during my research, I found that everyone of these sites are well aware of how PAYPAL works, so if you do file a dispute, don’t DON”T cancel it, they will promise everything, but once they get you to cancel, they are aware that PAYPAL does not allow you to refile on the same dispute that you choose to close, it’s a catch 22, so it is better just not to use them! DONT USE THSale.com for anything, you will get scammed! that is the only honest Guarantee you will recieve!

I have similar experience about a year ago. Like you, I ordered a powerleveling service from thesale and my account was subsequently banned for boting. I think they did it on purpose because it would take them at least 3 more weeks to achieve the objectives stated in the service order after the due day. Until today, I still couldn’t get my money back. Stay away from them!!!
